Norman Zapien is by far the best in his field. He is a hair "Artiste". My hair type is long fine & blonde. His precision cut and style grows out in such a way that I can go several months between cuts. He takes time with the cut and I feel beautiful when he's finished. I ask him for beach blonde highlights and they are A#1 every single time..I'm in my mid 50's and know a rare good thing in life. He and his staff are just that.
