One of the worst experiences of my life my stylist was Mari bays and all I wanted was a trim and deep condition treatment I set up my appointment and she was an hour late and come to find out she was actually doing her friends hair and made me wait till I asked how long It’d be then she started on my hair with the treatment witch she left in for 30min under a heater while she continued to dye her friends hair witch ended up making my hair super dry and brittle when she was done I didn’t even check my trimmed hair because my hair was so dry I mentioned it and was obviously upset and she said I didn’t have to pay so I left but when I got home the trim job was also very uneven. My first experience with her was very good but this was the worst service I’ve ever gotten in my life.
