First time I tried this place, I scheduled my appointment online WEEKS ahead. Came in for a haircut and some color. The staff told me that I DIDN'T SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT CORRECTLY. As a result, I was handed to another stylist for my haircut and never got the color done because they thought the color would be done first and scheduled another haircut while my hair was supposed to be processing. And I paid for a babysitter for 3 hours to get my hair done in peace. Just to get a quick 15-minute chop. I decided to give this place another try only because it's close to my home. Scheduled my appointment online with the owner. They just called me one day before my appointment and said the owner is not taking new customers and offered to hand me to another stylist again. Are you serious? First of all I'm not a new customer, you had already disappointed me once! The WORST customer service EVER!!!
