My 13 year old daughter was excited for a “trim” and some long layers so booked an appt with Bubbles in olney yesterday. The stylist was very sweet but wish she had just informed us that she didn’t know how to do long layers. Not only did she cut more than a trim, the bottom of her hair looks horrendous, causing tears and now need to find time to get her hair fixed. Dustin C, can you contact t me and possibly refund or maybe someone to fix this? Maybe she just had a bad day! Picture below. ( we were there at 245 on Monday).
