Used their website to schedule a 9am appointment. They sent me 4 different emails/texts confirming the appointment. Showed up 5 minutes early and the place was closed. I hung around until 9:10 and no one ever showed up or answered the phone. I needed a haircut before a work event so I was disappointed in how unprofessional and unreliable Guy's was. They basically just wasted an hour of my morning getting there and walking back home - an hour I could've spent with a professional barber. Not even sure if this place is open, you should probably take your business elsewhere.
