If the first thing you tell a stylist is that you don't want chin-length hair, you shouldn't have to walk out of the salon with chin-length hair. Cadi completely disregarded my reference picture and what I said. She apparently decided I should have a haircut ready for the set of Golden Girls. She even tried to tell me that if i pulled down on my hair i could see it was longer than chin-length. Does she expect her clients to pull on their hair all day long to achieve the look the asked for? I have never been so embarrassed by my hair. I will have to use hair clips every single day until it finally grows out to the length I wanted. I'm so frustrated by my experience that I have cried.
