Any spa visit should be relaxing and renewing. This was the exact opposite. I saw her twice and both times were beyond uncomfortable. She started with politics and when I didn't agee, she would say, "Just forget it." This, to me was "shut up." She did this again on the second visit. I said nothing offensive but I didn't agree so I was told to forget it and she stopped working on my face. Both visits were booked for an hour but she stopped both times 15 to 20 minutes early. Apparently, she couldn't stand being in the room with me. And I tipped this person? Gah! She is very rude if you don't agree with her. After trying to get an appt. with several local electrologists, I could not get an appt for at least a month and a half. I was delighted to find this one took me right away. Now I know why. After 34 years in business, I expected her to be nice. She was, instead, very rude. Will never go back.
