I have been a great customer to this salon for many years. I liked Julia but this was to much. I asked her if she could do my hair on a Saturday at 10. Then she reply was that she could that if she could do it later. I told her that was the only time. I replied that I couldn’t change everything. I texted her and texted her. She would just ignored me. Then two days before my event I asked her again and all I got was silence also she used family as an excuse. . This is why u make appointments. But she never wants to make times that she does it all in her head. She does a good job but I’m not going to beg her to do my hair. This was absolutely ridiculous. She said I was inconsiderate of her time. Actually it was very inconsiderate of her my time. I also live 45 minutes away and I’m one hour ahead.but why does that matter to her. She gave me lame excuse. I am beyond anger with this woman. Oh and especially don’t call her she will not answer. She does that to me and other clients.
