Had a terrible experience there at The Redken Salon & spa - Canangaigua NY . I had previously had my hair colored there and left the gal a $25.00 tip in hopes she would remember me the next visit. My next visit, my name got deleted from the list and she claimed she only took previous customers- of which I was one of them. Another stylist took me and when I walked back to the wash room, the first hair stylist was there building a shelf with the owner. I am not happy. When I complained in writing after it happened, they deleted my message from fb.
