I asked Chris before he did my hair if he knew how to do a balayage with Brown and ash blonde which was almost platinum and he said he did so I went to him at 12 o'clock Didn't leave till after 6 my hair was almost all blonde and it was left a Orange brassy color. He knew it wasn't the right color..it didn't look like the picture at all. Blonde color was this trashy ugly color Wow I will show below, I was there for 6-8 hours and and he had too many clients at 1 time and couldn't handle it because he started getting frustrated yanking on my hair as he was trying to style it, it hurt also Screaming and yelling on the phone in front of clients, he is extremely unprofessional And I gave it a few days and messaged him on Facebook luckily I took screenshots of our conversation, I asked him yesterday when he could fix my hair after he said he would. You don't leave your work undone and left like this. At least make it right..now he ran with my money and I can't pay someone else to fix it.
