I am extremely disappointed on how rude they were to me!!! I called in to book an appointment to get my hair from black to brown (which I have had done before with no issues with a bleach shampoo by another stylist in another salon who unfortunately who doesn’t do hair anymore). They were very rude, flat out saying “No, we won’t do that.” Why can another salon do it and you cannot? That is no way to run a business…very sad for a local business to treat people that way.
