Hay I've had some bad cuts and some amazing cuts. No one is perfect. But jenny Bowen is like to say I was sitting next to you that day in the salon. I seen the whole thing. ( I didn't see the pix that was brought in thou.) But for 1 you did more then address the problem! You were very very rude. They asked you to please stop talking crap or u could leave. You were very loud and being very drmatic. You would not stop. And the ladys hair that was being cut didn't seem to have a problem with the way her hair was cut? I guess besides being to short it was a very nice hair cut. So if your going to review something tell the whole story. And I've had my hair cut by dang near everyone who works there. They have always been kind. And if I did get a cut that was messed up they fixed it right away.
