I’M SO PISSED! TOOK MY SON HERE THIS MORNING. (Made an appt on The day before yesrt and asked for Kristen or Lisa - was told they don’t work at this location any longer; however, I was assured that the “stylists” working on ththe day I made the appointment are really good.). THAT WAS A LIE!  MY SON’S HAIR LOOKS DREADFUL😡. I ASKED FOR A FADE WITH THE PART AND THAT’S NOT WHAT HAPPENED! THE PART ISN’T EVEN WHERE THE PART SHOULD BE - IT’S TOO FAR DOWN THE SIDE OF HIS HEAD!  HE STARTS A NEW SCHOOL ON TUESDAY, AND I CAN’T SEND HIM LOOKING LIKE THIS!!!!  (He has an IEP for anxiety, and this just added to it!) (This store used to to a good job before they brought in new people).   I’M SO MAD RIGHT NOW and I want to post it EVERYWHERE I CAN… 422, Yelp, Google, parents groups, Better Business Bureau!
