Asked for a specific haircut and they cut it correctly but then proceeded to cut much shorter and w layers which I distinctly said I'm not good w layers. Once the cut started it was too short on one side so too late to stop stylist. Will not go back. Hate my hair cut. My friends don't understand why she cut jagged layers in back that are all uneven. The cut is just plain BAD. don't go to stylist w first name letter A
