I ALWAYS leave happy when I go see Lauren at West Oak. She is a blonding QUEEN!!! I love the atmosphere and the shop is very clean every time I have been there. They use high quality products and have several levels of experts, in which their prices are CLEARLY listed on their website. Before they do anything they always ask if you want a product and let you know the cost. When I first went to Lauren I had brown hair, a spur of the moment mistake. She was honest in saying how many sessions it would take for me to get to my goal hair color and the cost it would be. I have recommended this salon to other and they have gone and loved it as well!
