The service did not go as requested and I can't get a phone call back nor refund

I wasn't going to post this because I tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt. How can you not even acknowledge when you're NOT performing a service as requested? I stopped by the shop yesterday to inquire about getting my hair braided. I told the lady (MK) I have alopecia in the top of my head and wanted to be sure she could accommodate that before proceeding. I'm going on a' trip and wanted to get my hair braided so I wouldn't have to deal with it during my trip The lady (MK)assured me they could do it. She started off by covering up the area where the alopecia was which seemed okay at first. However, as she was parting my hair, it felt sparse. I asked her if there would be a gap, to which she replied no. She continued braiding, putting the ponytail on the left side off-center. Normally, during braiding, guests are be allowed to check along the way to ensure everything is satisfactory, but she didn't offer that
