Went for a haircut at sports clips Byhalia road. Signed in and sat down. Four people were waiting my time was fifty three min. Wait. There were two stylist working and two standing at the desk. The lady at the desk told someone on the phone to come in they have four people working today it won’t be a long wait. She hung up the phone and preceded with the other girl to go to the back. After twenty minutes wait I asked one of the stylist if the other two girls were working and he said yes. I then asked how long was my wait and he looked at the board and said, it says 52 min. I then asked why they were letting us sit there with two stylist taking a break. He said they were doing paperwork. So I guess it’s more important to do paperwork and make the public wait. I left drove to the sports clip on Houston levee got a haircut and was home before my 52 min wait was up. Terrible management at the Byhalia store, they don’t care about the service given by the employees.
