Bad experience. Processed blonde for an hour and never even checked for breakage. I made them wash it out early because I feared leaving without hair left on my head. Never experienced such a long processing and not being checked. The stylist was too busy to rinse it then so the receptionist did it. She was going to leave it on 30 more minutes.After the rinse, my hair was very very fragile already. I let her complete my hair day there, but then she heavily toned it, covered my already blonde ends that I came In with, with like ash? My old hair soaked up grey. I now have grey ends, bad experience, and they actually charged me 300 for a “balayage” that she didn’t monitor and I made her rinse off.Most expensive hair disaster ever. Oh the owner said she had a different story. Still waiting for her to return my call. Will have to dispute with credit card company. I wasn’t offered anything other than to darken my ends :(. It wasn’t what I went there for and I now have to wait and fix it
