Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value If I could give this lady a zero I would but only allowed a one star my child’s head is swollen with PUS she refuses to correct the issue not even 24 hours after services we are on our way to the ER and I will be suing this business for negligence o have proof that she braided too heavy handed on my baby. So many people were coming in complaining about braids coming down this woman can not lock braids for nothing you will be back to repair falling braids. I had to cut the braids out to save my baby from having pain and crying in her sleep!!!!!!Pictures below EMMA YOU TOOK MY CHILD’S HAIR OUT TO THE FLESH!!!! And refused to take it down and reimburse me for your awful services EMMA what a MESS
