This was my worst salon experience of my life. The stylists were condescending and I was treated like an unwelcome guest. My stylist: Britni had no idea how to color treat my hair....nor touch up my roots. She spread the bleach throughout my hair and burned the already processed areas. She over toned my hair and it was purple when I left the salon. She refused to dry my hair...because it was so damaged. I had to go to a different salon to try and repair the damage. As it was they had to remove 8 inches...and will probably have to remove more. When confronted the salon and the stylist claimed that they had no record of the appointment...but I have a text appointment confirmation. I would give them a 0 but that is not possible so I am giving them a 1.
