OMG I went in to get a color and cut.. I came out with the exact hair color and my hair FRIED BEYOND REPAIR. When I was pushed out the door. I got home and washed it and My hair was and still is breaking off. My hair is so damaged the only option is to most likely shave it all off. She knew she ruined my hair and still charged me 100 dollars... NEVER NEVER GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE BALD AND PAY FOR CRAP. I'm so upset and mad I look like a IDIOT.
