Sucked I didn't know you had to pay twice for 1bad job2have to pay more to fix it3after stating you box colored your hair the stylist Kelly says it should be fine 4put 4or5toners never once telling you you weren't getting what you paid for instead telling you this should make your hair the color you wanted knowing your coming out totally messed up4giving your hair an adjustment period 5no refund no gonna make it right but grilled by the owner saying 2stylist said they told you they couldn't do what you were paying for Lastly not only will you as a customer have to pay to fix they gonna act like you knew you were gonna look bad so you acknowledge your paying$80plus for hair cut toner and color knowing your paying to be an experiment gone bad and terms and conditions probably change like the total cost to come out looking good
