Both my wife and I have been very happy with the service received at Lions Mane from Judy for the last 30 years. Unfortunately, Judy retired and suggested we contact Robin. After contacting and making an appointment for 11:30 with Robin, we went in early to ensure we were on time for our first appointment. We waited for a while after our appointment time had passed before my wife tracked down Robin to let her know we were here. She was told to come back later because Robin already had someone else scheduled in our appointment time. My wife informed Robin it would be an hour or more. We left to get some lunch. We discussed what just happened and agreed we should consider finding another hair stylist. My wife received a phone call from Robin where Robin angrily informed my wife that she had been waiting over an hour for us and how rude we were. Really? We were rude? What a first impression! ... not going back to the Lions Mane ever again.
