I’m very disappointed in the ktips I received on 11/22/22, after having 5 perfect installs over the last year and 3 months with my prior girl back home in FL. 2 weeks into this install and I’ve lost 6 and more are sliding loose. After 2 ignored phone calls and an ignored text, that’s when I had the owner involved. The salon owner said she’d have me come in to “look at my hair” but seriously, I don’t want them touching me and sitting in a chair for another 3+ hours for their mistake isn’t something I’m interested in doing. I also can’t get them to tell me what brand they used, as I asked for Bellami, and I’ve had another stylist question if they really are. The actual stylist was sweet;however, the work is bad. I paid $1500 for this plus a 20% tip. They offered to refund only $750.
