The one star rating is not for the service ( the ladies here are all really great at what they do. ) It's for the unprofessionalism I've recently experienced. I've been going here for over a year to get my regular trims every 8 weeks and have always had a great experience. My hair dresser ended up leaving to a location I didn't like so I switched to a gal named Shannon who I clicked with right away. Then things changed. A little over a month ago I was ready to book another appointment for a trim and I left Shannon a voicemail. I waited a couple days and heard nothing back. I figured she might just be busy so I called the salon and left a voice mail. I heard nothing back from them. I then went on their website and submitted to make an appointment on there. I heard nothing. After another 4 days went by I left Shannon another voice mail and heard nothing. It seemed deliberate at this point and I had no idea what I could have done to be treated this way. I still have not heard anything.
