This place is horrible and extremely unprofessional! The Hairdressers act like they're in Beverly Hills doing hair for celebrities! The shop is very "Uppitty" and snobby. Christy cut my hair and when I pointed out that the sides were uneven and that she left a "white wall" above my left ear, she threw a temper tantrum like a 3 year old. She threw her hands in the air and yelled and berated me and yelled, "Take your haircut and go!!!!!! I'm over it!!!!!" And then walked away to the back room. Everyone else in the shop ignored me and didn't say a word to me. No apology, nothing! It was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I've ever encountered at ANY business, let alone a salon. I don't know who they're kidding, maybe someone should tell them that "Hairmasters" graduates aren't Beverly Hills Hairdressers!! I wish I could give this place zero stars!
