This place is a joke! The instructors never come around and check the students work and if they do they never follow up to make sure the mistake has been corrected. I have expressed my concerns to management and I guess they got tired of me and banned me. I was told on the phone I was no longer able to have my hair done because of racist comments I had made. Then in an email I was told I was no longer allowed to come because they couldn’t provide the service I wanted. I am not a racist and I’m very upset of being accused of being one. They should’ve got their story straight before they banned me. If you want your hair damaged, pulled out and coloured the wrong way, go here. The instructors don’t give a shit!
