Hello I have learned don't complain about service you receive take whatever happens or you'll be asked not come back. What I am not entitled to a complete waxing of my back which I am paying for. Well!! again a second trip was required get what hair on my should/back and ribcage that not have been missed when having my back waxed the first time.. But I guess under 12 minutes will do that. I was in Tuesday at 12noon to get my back waxed. I was completely unimpressed and not pleased with it taking less the 12 minutes to wax my back.. I hit the gym after and it was pointed out a couple of the people I know about the hair still on my upper back and on the sides of my ribcage. I should have realized no one can wax a back in 12 minutes or less and that proved it.. So I had to drag back today (Thursday) for 2:50p.m. and I was less than 6 minutes and with her attitude that there was no hair.. then why would I drag back . I didn't appreci
