I went for a consultation. while waiting, there were two woman that had bad color procedures. one had hair that was so over processed and dry that it look like an old straw broom. she was told not to wash her hair due to possible breakage and hair loss. salon wanted her to come in every week for a deep conditioner for six weeks. second woman hair was over processed and orange. it looked like a Halloween wig. she said she wanted it corrected. she was told to wear it for four weeks and if she still didn't like it that they would change formula.
