Working in Healthcare I don’t have much time for me and often like to Double French/Dutch my hair to keep for time. As a white woman. For the most part, I’ve been rejected from salons, have had customers and salon employees make negative comments while in chair (no need to repeat them), been told they’re closing (when closing wasn’t for another 2 hours) and even over charged after the service was completed. What a breath of fresh air Markita was. On top of her respectful attitude, she was very professional. My experience with her from beginning to end was flawless and easy. Markita responded in a timely manner, was knowledgeable and informative, without being pushy for a sale. She had open communication and explained how she operates and charges. Once there she explained everything, was kind, friendly and open, while maintaining professionalism. Not to mention my hair has been flawless since waking out the salon. Markita will definitely be my go to! Highly recommended
