Tried these guys for the first time. Wanted to take my hair - which was past my shoulders - to a pixie cut. I do understand that working with thin fine hair can be a struggle but I didn't quite get the cut I was looking for. A little too short in the back and while the front looked good when I left the salon, I cannot seem to get the look I want the morning after. All in all the cut isn't too bad and I will return for a trim in a few weeks but will be more vocal about what I want next time as there could have just been a communication issue People were friendly and the atmosphere was great
