Tried these guys for the first time. Wanted to take my hair - which was past my shoulders - to a pixie cut. I do understand that working with thin fine hair can be a struggle but I didn't quite get the cut I was looking for. A little too short in the back and while the front looked good when I left the salon, I cannot seem to get the look I want the morning after. All in all the cut isn't too bad and I will return for a trim in a few weeks but will be more vocal about what I want next time as there could have just been a communication issue People were friendly and the atmosphere was great

Permed damaged beyond repair

They permed and burnt my fine thin hair for 269$! Which they won't refund. Told me "a trim" would fix it.. 4 other hairdressers all said I have to cut it off and start over so..ya...a 5 inch trim...I only had 7 inches to start with..... I have pictures as well. I read another bad review about thin fine hair... You've been warned

Love how my perm turned out, I've always wanted to try curly hair and I'm so glad I did. My stylist Justine was fun and professional and quick (well, as quick as you can be rolling little bits of hair one by one haha). She was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me good advice on how to take care of my hair after. The salon itself was very lovely, bright and clean and comfortable. I'm liking the samples Justine gave me as well, they seem to be working really well for my hair and I might want to buy more once I run out.

Taylor is amazing!!! My daughter got a Botox hair treatment and couldn’t be happier! Taylor took her time explaining the process and results to expect. It was worth every penny. Impressive expertise and customer service! So far I have only been here twice and I will be returning again. Shout out to Roddy and Emanuel for giving me better cuts and fades than previous barber shops I've been to. It's no surprise that it's a busy location. I recommend making an appointment in advance as same day appointments may be harder to come by. Thanks for your high caliber skill and services, I'll be recommending Volume Salon to anyone who will listen.

Let me just start by saying that this place was just beyond amazing! I had the pleasure of being served by Brooke and she is not only an amazing hair stylist but also so fun to be around! I have pitch black hair and wanted to get a caramel balayage and she delivered more than what I expected! She asked me questions every step of the way and made sure I’ll love the final result, which I did! I have really thick hair and a lot of it and most of the times in the past the hair stylists would make a big fuss about how much more work it is for them to do my hair but Brooke was so sweet and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and did not complain even once! She works fast but efficiently and I loved chatting with her. Everyone else at the salon also seemed very friendly and professional. I’m going to highly recommend this salon and specially Brooke to anyone who is on the fence! I will definitely be a permanent customer here!

WOW… Fantastic salon … Kennedy was fabulous with my hair. She listened and ask me lots questions and did exactly what I wanted. Love ,Love my hair. The Salon was clean , professional and inviting .. the prices are awesome too!! This will be my new hairdresser and salon to go to.. If you are in need for a new stylist , go to Kennedy or any or the other experienced stylist at Volume .. you will not be disappointed!!!
