Not recommending. So bad customer service. I went for simple hair colour. It was my birthday. Maryam has done it and when she was done, she asked me to dry my hair myself so she can go and quickly clean up after herself so she can leave once I am done. When I dried my hair, I saw my roots were ginger, 5 cm after that dark red, and the rest was a mess, each part of my hair was a different shade of red and orange! when I showed her she was insisting that it is good and she does not see any colour difference!!! she asked me to pay, go home and come back tomorrow I show you the colour will get better! what?!!! Do you always tell your customers that their hair colour will show its true colour the day after!? She did not even say the word SORRY. Kept arguing with me that it is ok. after 15 min of arguing finally said come, sit I"ll fix it. I said I don't want to sit for 2 more hours and put another chemical colour on my hair. She said ok if you don't want chemical stuff go and put henna on your hair!! I could not believe my ea
