I've never written a review before, this is my first. Which goes to show, this hair salon is totally worth it!
First and foremost, I'd like to thank Untitled by Flaunt's employee Georgia for her patience, professionalism and attention to her customer's needs. She takes the time to listen, and explains all procedures as she performs them. I went there on a Wednesday, and as I got home I realized that I was not entirely satisfied with the result. Probably my fault, as I'm not the best at explaining what I want!! I called, and got an appointment for Thursday. I went there and Georgia totally made it exactly what I wanted! She was sweet and patient and the color revision was free of charge. I highly recommend her, she definitely knows what she's doing!
Second of all, I wanted to mention the excellent customer service. All employees are polite and helpful, take your coat upon arrival, offer you a beverage. They make it a pleasant and relaxing experience, for no extra charge.
Last of all, I need to say the salon itself is absolutely beautiful. Old historical brick building, with a modern twist and a high ceiling with lots of plants on the walls. It's clean, organized, and the music is quite pleasant.
All in all, I highly recommend!

My hair is naturally rather short , and my previous experince with keratin bonds was less than favorable. My hair did not look as good as it should have. It was my first time doing extensions.
I found Fah online and she scheduled me to come in the next day. I met Natalie who skillfully was able to blend my hair into my new tape-in extensions and the end result was AMAZING! My hair is odd in texture and a bit uneven, so I couldn't believe how flawless the final result was!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing extension services! =)

Cost cutter service at mid level salon pricing A non-engaged owner who doesn't invest in newer salon training or customer support protocol. Two to three stylist of many is average or above average. After a bad color and hack job when trying a new stylist, the manager would not even return my email regarding my poor service experience. There is a saying the fish rots from the head. In this case, a poor owner contributes to poor skills and customer care. I was going to this salon for 18 months and while they have expanded the location size a better use of funds would be to invest in your people. Its not hard to get in but problematic if you want to see the top stylist on short notice under a week) other than that there are many openings leading me to believe there is not much of a following for the remainder of the staff at this location.
