I have been on the fence about this for a few years but Covid helped me make this decision with not being able to go to the hairdresser, as well as the time, money, chemicals not to mention the horrid skunk line every three weeks and hours spent at the salon because of my “resistant roots”. I finally decided I have had it, enough fighting nature. I was so nervous and worried on transitioning, but the fabulous staff at Tangled Hair & Spa held my hand and helped me through this process! I highly recommend them to anyone else considering going back to their “natural colour”. Thanks to Crystal, Gina, Christina and Rachel - whaat a team!

messing up a haricut and owning to help fix client hair is not there My daughter went there for the first time, provided a pic of the style of cut she wanted, hair stylist cut and styled it with curls, not what she wanted to but because it was cut she assumed it will be fine once washed. washed her hair the day later to find out that the cut was different than what was asked but styled in a way so the layers looked shorter...
we go in to ask them to thin out the layers, and they refuse to fix it. "I can't fix it, I can't thin it out" but if you make a new appointment and I charge you for wash and style then I can fix it.
what the heck is that?
Are we that lost where are not only focusing on financial gain from a customer and now customer/client satisfaction? ? what are we instilling here for customers, that we can screw up, not own mistake if you mess with your hair cut, BUT if you pay me again I will fix it. I would have to come back to pay if you had done it right the first time. who pays for my time and effort it takes for me to come back??
