So relieved that I can get to back to Lily after these COVID shut downs. Being an independent salon operator, it's only her in the shop and she always finds the time to listen to the messages and returns calls. For a client in her chair, it is reassuring that she won't be interrupted by the phone and will finish what she is focussing as her dedication is to her clients. She is so talented and really cares about what she is doing. No one knows the different colour and cut/styling techniques like she does and I am always so pleased with the outcome. She takes the time to discuss a number of different techniques and colours, I highly value her honesty and objectivity and I trust her completely with my hair and have done so for 25 years. You won't find a better salon or stylist around.
