Awesome as always

So relieved that I can get to back to Lily after these COVID shut downs. Being an independent salon operator, it's only her in the shop and she always finds the time to listen to the messages and returns calls. For a client in her chair, it is reassuring that she won't be interrupted by the phone and will finish what she is focussing as her dedication is to her clients. She is so talented and really cares about what she is doing. No one knows the different colour and cut/styling techniques like she does and I am always so pleased with the outcome. She takes the time to discuss a number of different techniques and colours, I highly value her honesty and objectivity and I trust her completely with my hair and have done so for 25 years. You won't find a better salon or stylist around.

Best salon I have ever been to. Lillie always gives me exactly what I want. I have been a client of this salon for over 30 years and have never been anything but 100% Satisfied with everything. You won't find a nicer more loving and caring person. She treats her clients like family and they get 100% of her attention while in her salon (which could be why she doesn't answer her phone during the day - unless she has a break) but she always returns calls at the end of her day. if I could give more than 5 Stars I would !

Would of given zero stars if that was an option. Employees are not professional. Rude to customers who are calling to book appointments. Most of the time there is not even an answer when you try to phone to book an appointment. Seems like they don’t want clients. I’d recommend going to a more reputable company than this one. A company that actually answers their phone, cares about their clients, are nice to them, and care about the work they do. You definitely won’t get that pleasant experience here as you would elsewhere.

I tried to call this salone to get a hair appointment. I called three times as they do not have an answering machine. Thinking, mabye the receptionist was busy. She finally answered "hello?" Quite rudely i might add.... and i said hi there! ... exvited to finally get through. She then rezpo ded in a shrill voice" what do you want, you keep calling here today" I was in shock. And apologized saying " oh im sorry i thought this was a hair salon" Wwhere ahe said "it is..." and then hung up on me. Do not go to this place. I will be spreading the word. They clearly are not concerned about having a businesz.

A little kindness goes a long way, there's no reason to be rude to customers who want your business when they're trying to just book an appointment. Get a grip.
