No consideration to Loyal Customers!

No consideration to loyal customers! When I showed up to my appointment, I was told that I needed a mask to get into the store which I highly encourage. My issue is, I made my appointment in person at the front desk where no person told me that I needed a mask and I also called prior to my appointment and the was no mention of a mask (an area for improvement, maybe ensure that your customers are full aware!). The lady told me that I can purchase a mask for 3$ (absolute rip off). Considering that I have been going there and getting haircuts by two very talented individuals for some time, I expect the customer service to be better than what I experienced with this issue.
