No consideration to Loyal Customers!

No consideration to loyal customers! When I showed up to my appointment, I was told that I needed a mask to get into the store which I highly encourage. My issue is, I made my appointment in person at the front desk where no person told me that I needed a mask and I also called prior to my appointment and the was no mention of a mask (an area for improvement, maybe ensure that your customers are full aware!). The lady told me that I can purchase a mask for 3$ (absolute rip off). Considering that I have been going there and getting haircuts by two very talented individuals for some time, I expect the customer service to be better than what I experienced with this issue.

I have been getting my hair styled here for several years. Nearly every staff member has cut my hair with great results! Management and staff are amazing here! Great place for adults and kids.

I always get my hair cut at this salon although with Covid it’s been a while. Loui always does a fantastic job! He’s the only one I go to and I’m never disappointed.

Well….. I take my daughter to this place and does a good job. BUT today we came about 20-15 mins early ( just to check in, sometimes they are waiting) to see how’s it going. The lady at the front rudely explained your 20 mins early. Ummm ok sure. So came back at our appointment time. Then another guy came up very nicely explaining they are behind and can you come back in 20 mins. Funny how that works. Rude at first now asking for understanding. Pfft. Last time I’ll come here. I can easily find some where else. Good luck! UPDATE! Best part is we come back and she’s looking at her watch trying to imply that we are late. EXCUSE ME! Wow. Just go somewhere else people
