I had the worst experience here! Never in my life have i had knots let alone to this extent. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment, which she rubbed and massaged in my hair. I'm guessing that's how this HUGE knot was formed. I spoke with many people in this industry even someone who owns their own salon and they stated “if products are mixed incorrectly it will have the opposite effect.”They were already an hour into my appointment and still hadn't gotten my knot out. Then the secretary said they had to charge for my blowout (which i never received) plus all these ad ons if i wanted to get the knot taken out. This wasn't my fault! You should be more helpful towards your customers instead of telling us you have to charge for everything and anything. Before leaving one of the employees said if you can't get it out I recommend you cut your hair. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I called them to get help and they hung up, I called back another two times and they put me straight to voicemail.
