I had the worst experience here! Never in my life have i had knots let alone to this extent. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment, which she rubbed and massaged in my hair. I'm guessing that's how this HUGE knot was formed. I spoke with many people in this industry even someone who owns their own salon and they stated “if products are mixed incorrectly it will have the opposite effect.”They were already an hour into my appointment and still hadn't gotten my knot out. Then the secretary said they had to charge for my blowout (which i never received) plus all these ad ons if i wanted to get the knot taken out. This wasn't my fault! You should be more helpful towards your customers instead of telling us you have to charge for everything and anything. Before leaving one of the employees said if you can't get it out I recommend you cut your hair. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I called them to get help and they hung up, I called back another two times and they put me straight to voicemail.

Friendly staff clean facility! The Drybar product line including the hairdryer and curling iron are subpar compared to other brands.

Karen (who is not at all a 'Karen'- she is so sweet!) did an absolutely wonderful job doing my hair for a wedding on Saturday. They were a few minutes late and she was super apologetic (luckily I prepared for this because of the reviews on here). She walked me through the process because it was my first time and asked all the right things. I am from out of town but if I am ever near by she will be my go to!

I just came here for my first Drybar blowout, and it was great :-) I had a morning appointment with Nancy; she started with me right on time, and worked very quickly and professionally. I have A LOT of hair that typically takes a million years to dry and is ALWAYS frizzy (even with other professional blowouts), but Nancy had me completely done in under an hour with ZERO frizz. I was for sure impressed. My husband said it was the best he's ever seen my hair look ever. I loved the experience and think Nancy is the absolute greatest - legit my new addiction :-) Thank you Drybar and, especially, Nancy!!!

My best friend had taken me here for my 29th birthday. The girl that did my hair didn't do my hair the way I wanted it. I showed her a picture and tried to express that I wanted something different and she just did a basic curl to my hair described it as a beach wave and it was not at all. She also didn't give me a proper head message as requested from my best friend. The girl at the front desk was quick to fix this and I appreciate that very much. I'm only giving three stars because my best friend had a hair stylist who was really friendly, gave her a great head message and her hair looked amazing. I on the other hand did not have an amazing experience. It was very average and I was disappointed with my hair it was nice but average which is unfair to my best friend who felt bad and paid for everything but at the end of the day all I cared for was that we were together so it's a hit or miss you might get the girl I had who was average or the other who was above and beyond. I wouldn't go back and waist my money there to be honest.

Jennifer rocks! She whipped my hair natural afro texture curls in to shape. So gentle and thorough. She takes her time, pays attn to detail! She chose awesome drybar products for my texture! My hair was soft yet bouncy with the Perfect smooth blow dry and flat iron curls. Long lasting style. So happy with service. Can't wait to go back! Cheers to women owners!
