I have been coming to J Joseph salon for years. Every time I found someone good they left. I have been going to Ashley, but yesterday she was coloring my hair, and was told by a helper that she had a walk in consult. So she stops in the middle of doing my hair and says ,I’ll be back in a minute. 15 minutes later, I get up and go to the lobby and remind her that I’m still sitting there with chemicals on my head. She tells me your fine, just sit down. When she comes back, no apology or anything, just starts lecturing me on how she is the new manager and she has to manage the shop while being double booked and that she was going to keep working this way until she can open her own salon in 2 years. I had an appointment at 9am & was supposed to meet someone at 12:00. I told her this. Again she just continued to justify her actions. At 12:15 I told her I had to leave. So no blow dry, no style.
