Don't book this salon if you actually want your appointment to happen. I've been a customer for about two years, and I've spent considerable money at this salon. A few months ago, they have texted me on the day of the appt to let me know my stylist was "on leave." When I arrived for an appt with another stylist a week later, the previous one was back! Great, I'll book with her again! A few weeks later, same thing - I get a text that the stylist is gone and an offer for a much junior stylist. I took the appointment with the junior stylist and it was fine, but not great. I book another stylist for a few weeks later, then am told the first one is back, great will book her! And then today, wake up to a text that she again is gone and can't do my hair today, and I'm offered the same junior stylist as the last time. OK, let's book her! Oh, oops, she isn't available.
