I went in to Hair on Earth a few weeks ago for a simple haircut by Valerie. All I wanted was shag style cut with long curtain bangs. What I walked out with was a complete whack job I could have done myself with kitchen scissors, a burned scalp, and burned hair. While haircut and style itself was truly horrible, the response from the salon's owner was even worse. The first thing she did was tell me she didn't see anything wrong with my hair (pictures included). Her tone straight from the beginning was defensive.. as if it was my fault her stylist messed up. I did get a refund for the "cut and style", BUT, when I explained the situation to the owner via email with picture, she completely ignored it. She had me blocked from their social media. And when a friend wrote a review based on my experience (or "experience" as she called it), she blatantly lied and continued to try to cover up the whole thing.
