Botched haircut and horrific treatment by owner

I went in to Hair on Earth a few weeks ago for a simple haircut by Valerie. All I wanted was shag style cut with long curtain bangs. What I walked out with was a complete whack job I could have done myself with kitchen scissors, a burned scalp, and burned hair. While haircut and style itself was truly horrible, the response from the salon's owner was even worse. The first thing she did was tell me she didn't see anything wrong with my hair (pictures included). Her tone straight from the beginning was defensive.. as if it was my fault her stylist messed up. I did get a refund for the "cut and style", BUT, when I explained the situation to the owner via email with picture, she completely ignored it. She had me blocked from their social media. And when a friend wrote a review based on my experience (or "experience" as she called it), she blatantly lied and continued to try to cover up the whole thing. The people there are wonderful. So caring. They care a lot about you. Including the professional job they do, as well as the attention to detail and to my comfort and convenience.

I have been a client at Hair on Earth for years. I could not imagine going to another salon. Their staff is so friendly and professional! I love that they keep up to date with current hair trends and styling products. My stylist is always telling me about all of the continuing education that she receives through the salon. I highly recommend Hair on Earth to anyone shopping for a new place to get their hair done!!
