Haley gave me the worst haircut of my life. I have a chunk of hair missing on one side and will have to spend more money and lose extra inches of hair to get it fixed. And no real apology - she was “sorry she couldn’t give me what I was looking for.” I’m sorry I ever trusted her with my hair!!!
