Invoices won’t stop coming
I made a hair appointment with Hair Undone for a Tuesday afternoon. My husband and I traveled to Tampa that weekend before to see our grand babies. Coming home, over 2,000 flights were cancelled Monday including ours (Covid related) I called hair undone Monday morning to let them know and cancel the appt. I tried to explain the circumstances that were beyond my control and was treated with annoyance and sarcasm by the staff. They told me their policy and I still had to make payment. Well I have been receiving an invoice every week or so now saying I owe them money because I did not cancel sooner. These emails have been coming since august of last year! I contacted them last year to please remove me from these automated emails and the reception girl said she could not do this….”because they are automated”. What?? Surely this can be done.
