Invoices won’t stop coming

I made a hair appointment with Hair Undone for a Tuesday afternoon. My husband and I traveled to Tampa that weekend before to see our grand babies. Coming home, over 2,000 flights were cancelled Monday including ours (Covid related) I called hair undone Monday morning to let them know and cancel the appt. I tried to explain the circumstances that were beyond my control and was treated with annoyance and sarcasm by the staff. They told me their policy and I still had to make payment. Well I have been receiving an invoice every week or so now saying I owe them money because I did not cancel sooner. These emails have been coming since august of last year! I contacted them last year to please remove me from these automated emails and the reception girl said she could not do this….”because they are automated”. What?? Surely this can be done.

I’ve been to many salons over the last 4 decades and Hair Undone is my favorite. The layout and relaxed atmosphere there is great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The stylists are supportive of one another and seem genuinely happy to be there. And the quality of their work is superior! I have some stubborn gray, some humidity induced mega-frizz, and Lindsay has taken me to a much better place with ease. What I love is that she not only understands my hair, but she also provides product suggestions and styling tips. The products there are amazing but there’s never one bit of pressure to buy. Thanks to Lindsay’s skill and contagious positivity, I leave saying “I can’t believe this is my hair!” - AND feeling empowered and confident that I can style my hair at home. Go to Hair Undone! It’s the best!!

I have known Apryl since moving to North Carolina from Southern California and I finally decided to start getting my hair done by her nearly a year ago. I will not trust anyone else with my hair now and I love all the girls that work here. If you are looking for somewhere that is 100% a judgement free zone, Hair Undone is the place to be. :)

I had Lindsay as my stylist. She did an amazing job and I'm so happy with how my hair turned out. Not only was she awesome but the entire staff was super friendly and the whole environment is positive and warm. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new salon/stylist!

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ll never go anywhere else if I can help it! Ashley is a master with color, and so fun to work with. The salon is always clean and the staff is friendly. And the products are fairly priced, and I love that most of them are sulfate and paraben free. Cannot recommend this salon enough!!

Absolutely amazing!! Love this place and atmosphere!!! Ashley does my hair, and I trust her 1000% with her expertise. I would trust any of the amazing ladies to do my hair!
