I’ve been a victim of Erin’s lackadaisical business practices long enough to know that her customer service & often times her work is misleading. I would encourage new customers to shop around for other stylists who can accommodate you and give you EXACTLY what you order and ask for as well as in a timely manner. The last 2 wigs I received had over bleached knots and holes in the actual closure. After waiting 34 days after being quoted 14 (it’s also on her website) she will give you hundreds of excuses for why she has fallen short yet again. There is no system in place for shipped orders and she will blame everyone but herself ONCE you are able to reach Erin. ErinHhair is good for order times for the following year or LONGER. If you have trips or upcoming special events planned Erin is NOT your stylist
