Had a consultation with Monica, shared photos of what I was hoping to achieve, was given a quote for an amount, set up an appointment for the color and cut. Day of appointment did color and then cut, my hair WAS right at my behind before the appointment the length was NOT supposed to be cut, just layers in the face frame, when all was done stylist took pictures with cellphone to show me the back, well it was a picture taken from top looking down so the length seemed intact, once I got home I realized that my hair was cut to the bra strap area, was charged way more than the quote, I called her the next day upset but just agreed to get the color finished but no more cutting. When the next appointment came up, I get to my appointment only for her to insult me and tell me she didn’t feel comfortable doing my hair??? Seriously!
